We are still taking bookings and remain committed to our customers to help rebook any dates should you need. Please inform us as soon as possible of any venue changes, any specific covid19 requirements or cancellations.

Our fully flexible booking policy means you can be confident to make new arrangements for weddings, parties & events.

As an added extra for all new & current bookings, we have upgraded everyone to our exciting new inflatable Photo Booth TOTALLY FREE. We are so excited & cannot wait to help you all celebrate your events.

As of March 2020 & throughout the pandemic we have continued to help anyone let down by other event companies, we have helped our current customers re-arrange their bookings & have given advice wherever possible. Whether its a change of venue, change of date, postponement or other we are happy to help you keep your booking with us for an extended period of  5 YEARS.

We remain the professionally run business our customers expect & rely on. We are committed to rebooking all our customers at no extra cost, subject to availability.

 

Terms, cancelations & refunds:

Whether you have paid a deposit to secure a date or paid in full for a service, you are entitled to your service and so we will endeavour to change a booking to provide our services to you; where we can safely and legally do so to meet our obligation to you, subject to date availability. If in the unfortunate event we cannot re-book or re-secure a date we regret no refunds can be given on this basis. We however encourage you to make use of our flexible booking policy to keep a booking for 5 years for any future events at no extra cost.

Refunds are available but strictly within 14 days from any booking payment, inline with your statutory rights. Notification of this cancelation should reach us in writing or by email no later than 14 days from your booking payment.

We welcome and can accommodate arrangements or claims made via event or wedding insurance or similar.

Cancelations are permitted anytime for any reason, but once fully cancelled you cannot re-book and any deposits or payments will be lost. We again welcome you to keep your booking with us for your free 5 year period. Should any circumstances change whereby you would like to use our service you are entitled to, or you can offset any payments or security deposits against an alternative product or service on request.

Unless instructed to or permission is given by the original person to whom booked or paid for our services we cannot make any date changes or cancelations to a booking or service.

If a booking date passes without the customer getting in touch to arrange or re-book our services, sadly the booking can be lost.

Our terms and conditions have remained largely unchanged for our services even following the Covid19  pandemic & these terms will be the terms to which you and we are bound. As detailed above we will endeavour to meet any rearrangement needs, but dates will be subject to availability and limited to a reasonable amount of date changes per customer (this can be reviewed anytime on an individual basis at our discretion).
