PHOTO BOOTH

How many people can fit into the photo booth?


6+ people can be in shot at any one time. We pride ourselves on being one of the largest capacity photo booths on the market. However if you are looking for larger group shots you may want to consider upgrading the our VIP Arrival Experience consisting of a 10ft greenscreen for much larger group shots!




How does it work? Is it easy to use?


Yes! It's very easy to use. Press the foot switch to take the picture & on-screen buttons change your backgrounds. The screen will display instructions to guide you at all times.




Are photo props included?


Yes! Props are included in all packages. The Premium packages contain a larger array of props!




What size is the booth - How much space will it need?


We recommend an area approx 3 meters x 3 meters. If you're unsure of where the photo booth will go simply contact us with your booking information and venue details. We can contact your venue's event co-ordinator for you to find the ideal spot for it.





CORPORATE & SMART SCREEN HIRE

Can I have my company / business logo included?


Yes. This is included with both corporate packages. The prints, backgrounds & key rings can all be branded with your logo. Ask for more detail at your free design consultation.




How long can I hire the Smart Screen For?


We have two options for hire, 3 Hours or 8 Hours We class the 8 hour hire as one day. If you need to hire the unit for a set amout of days, you can repeat the booking for concecutive days, or simply contact us where we can book out the days required and email you an invoice. Any asssistance at all just contact us.





ARCADE HIRE

How many games does it have?


It has over 200 classic titles. For specifc details please contact us and we will provide you with a full list.




What can elements be Personalised on the Arcade?


The light up marquee area of the arcade can be customised on both packages. Subject to avaliablity and at cost, personalised elements including extra games, custom graphics and more cn be arranged.




How many players can play?


It's a large TWO PLAYER Arcade machine, so two users at any one time can play, but people always take turns making our arcade machine very much A MULTIPLAYER machine.




Does it take coins?


We recommend & is set to our FREE PLAY setup by default for truly unlimited play, but it can be setup to take tokens or coins at cost & on request.




Is it for Adults or Children?


Its for Both! It has been designed for its Adult Retro appeal but our top quality construction, great games & simple playability means everyone will love it.





PAYMENT

When is Full Payment Due?


30 Days Prior to any booked date.




Will I get a Payment Reminder?


Yes. You will receive a payment reminder e-mail & txt / sms message approx before your remaing balance is due.




Can I pay online?


Of course you can! Simply click the Booking section to book and pay online with all credit or debit cards accepted, choose your date & follow instrcutions on the screen. All our remaining balances are also payable at your convenience any time day or night online.




What payment methods can I use?


We accept all major credit and debit cards, Paypal and more. Cash payments, bank transfers and cheques all avaliable on request. Please contact us if your unsure.





ACCESSIBILITY

Is it disabled access friendly?


Yes! Its a ground level design with no steps, frames or wires upon entry.




Can it be setup for specific mobility needs?


Yes. We are very flexible with accessibility. Specific access can be accomodated upon request.





LOCATION & AREA COVERAGE

What area of the UK do you cover?


We focus mainly on the Northwest of the UK Including all of Lancashire, Manchester, Cumbria, Cheshire & surrounding areas. We have been many miles further a field so do ask us for quotations for other locations.





VENUE & LEGAL

Do you have Public liability Insurance?


Yes. We have Events Pulblic Liabilty Insurance. Details will be sent to your events coordinator or Venue manager upon booking if required.




Are your products PAT tested?


Yes! All our products are PAT tested each year for saftey. If your venue require copies of these certificates please provide us with the relevent departmant or contact at your venue.





PERSONAL DESIGN

What personalisation options do I have?


All packages can be personalised, names, dates & personalised text. Premium Package bookings have full control over the design if required. This includes the print designs, LED lighting colour, easel frame design, backgrounds and lots more. A free design consultation is given on all Premium Packages if required.





VIP ARRIVAL

What is the VIP Arrival Photo Package?


Its our newest and most exciting package yet! Upon arrival our NEW VIP photo setup gives your guests a stunning large format instant Photo upon arrival to your venue. With our Red Carpet, VIP Chrome barriers & large custom backdrops, give your guests the true VIP treatment.




How much space will it require? My venue is small.


Approx 5 meters x 3 meters. This package is a custom setup so we can normally accommodate any smaller or more intimate venues upon request.




Can I have multiple prints of the photos I like the best?


A copy of every photo taken is avaliable to download using your own custom web link, so you can Share them, Print them & much more.
